pjili operates as a PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines. Our operations are subject to oversight by both PAGCOR and the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Any reference to "pjili," "we," "us," or "our" in this Privacy Policy refers to pjili.vip in its capacity as Personal Information Controller.

• PAGCOR and Regulatory Authorities: pjili is obligated to disclose player data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other competent Philippine government authorities upon lawful request.
• Payment Processors: GCash (Mynt), PayMaya (Voyager), BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank receive only the minimum transaction data necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers maintain their own privacy policies and data security standards.

Age verification is conducted as part of the registration process and may be supplemented by documentary KYC verification at any time.

If pjili becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all collected data will be deleted in accordance with NPC guidelines, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required. 11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of pjili's technology service providers — including cloud infrastructure and game software suppliers — may operate data centers located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, pjili ensures that such transfers comply with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data flows, including the use of contractual clauses that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law.

pjili does not transfer your data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without appropriate safeguards in place. A list of countries to which pjili transfers data is available upon request from our Data Protection Officer.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

pjili may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform features. When material changes are made, pjili will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
