The pjili platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law. pjili does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the registration process and may be supplemented by documentary KYC verification at any time.
If pjili becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all collected data will be deleted in accordance with NPC guidelines, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required. Some of pjili's technology service providers — including cloud infrastructure and game software suppliers — may operate data centers located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, pjili ensures that such transfers comply with Section 21 of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data flows, including the use of contractual clauses that impose data protection standards equivalent to those required under Philippine law.
pjili does not transfer your data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection without appropriate safeguards in place. A list of countries to which pjili transfers data is available upon request from our Data Protection Officer.
pjili may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or platform features. When material changes are made, pjili will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
