1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pjili," "we," "us," "our" refers to pjili.vip, the PAGCOR-regulated online gaming platform operated at https://pjili.vip.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the pjili platform.
• "Platform" refers to the pjili website, mobile browser interface, and all associated games and services accessible at pjili.vip.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created on pjili after successful registration and identity verification.
• "Wallet" refers to the in-platform balance held by pjili on behalf of a Player, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Game" refers to any bingo, slot, live casino, sports betting, or other wagering product accessible through the pjili platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that licenses and regulates pjili's operations.
• "GCash / PayMaya" refers to Philippine mobile payment services accepted by pjili for deposits and withdrawals.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pjili platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with pjili's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of your account registration and remain in force for the duration of your use of the pjili platform. Acceptance is irrevocable with respect to activity already conducted on the platform; however, you may close your account in accordance with Section 12 at any time.

pjili reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

Use of the pjili platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are non-waivable:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on pjili. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine Republic Act No. 9287 (as amended). pjili conducts age verification during registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: The pjili platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for players physically located in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of pjili complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are prohibited from registering.
• Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling through pjili's self-exclusion program or through any PAGCOR-administered exclusion list are prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing existing accounts during the exclusion period.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one pjili account. Registration of duplicate accounts by the same individual is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access pjili's games and services, you must complete the registration process at pjili.vip. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information required for PAGCOR compliance purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pjili account credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. pjili will never ask you for your password via SMS, email, or live chat.

• You must notify pjili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• pjili is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, or assign your pjili account to any other person.
• pjili reserves the right to require additional identity verification (KYC) documents before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱20. pjili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your pjili wallet are credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. pjili targets processing within one (1) hour for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals during normal operating conditions.
• Verification: pjili reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected irregular activity, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus Funds: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. pjili reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law, following advance written notice to the player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

pjili may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bingo cards, slot free spins, reload bonuses, and other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, or per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pjili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Suspected abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering patterns, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds are credited in Philippine Peso and are subject to the wagering requirements and expiry dates specified in each promotion.

7. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pjili — including bingo, slots, live casino games, and sports betting markets — are operated in accordance with PAGCOR-approved rules and independently audited for fairness. Game results for RNG-based games are determined by certified random number generator systems. Live dealer game results are determined by physical game apparatus observed via live video stream.

• Game rules for each title are displayed within the game interface and constitute part of these Terms & Conditions.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, pjili reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's wallet.
• pjili's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round, made in good faith and in accordance with applicable game rules, shall be final.
• Sports betting odds and markets are subject to change without notice. Bets accepted before any change will be settled at the odds in place at the time of acceptance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pjili platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds, in addition to any other remedies available under Philippine law:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the pjili platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal purpose.
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Collusion with other players in any game format to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment reversals in bad faith after gaming activity has taken place.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, self-excluded, or otherwise ineligible under Section 3.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pjili platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is the proprietary property of pjili or its third-party licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pjili content without express prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pjili, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
• Actions of third-party payment processors, telecommunications providers, or internet service providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude pjili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

pjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among its Filipino player community. In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and pjili's own welfare commitments, the following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 72-hour cooling period before they can be increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders that appear after a defined session duration to encourage breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may self-exclude for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently via their account settings or by contacting pjili support.
• Cool-Off Periods: Short-term cool-off periods of 24–72 hours are available for players who need a brief pause without formal self-exclusion.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

pjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable Philippine law.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
• At the request of PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.
• Account inactivity in accordance with the dormant account policy in Section 5.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting pjili support. Any real-money balance remaining in the wallet at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to pjili's internal dispute resolution process. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts with jurisdiction over the matter.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pjili will notify registered players via their registered mobile number or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Non-material clarifications may be made without advance notice. The version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of any activity or transaction shall govern that activity or transaction.
